Both dive celebrations he's done have been on dry grass and he's slid about 1mm and nearly face planted each time. lol. Les Ferdinand was laughing about it on ITV4 last night. Great goal though

i liked soldado's reaction to the goal - started clapping the classy goal, just as many fans would.

Agreed, hopefully we'll now start playing him in his proper position, as he showed what he can do there (albeit against Anzhi). Stick him next to Sandro and then we can get the ball into the attackers quicker

Even in his first game you could see he had qualities, wanting/demanding the ball, always showing for it not hiding behind players, full of energy and chasing. Dunno if anyone noticed last night but he won a hell of a lot of headers in that midfield last night. His finish was sublime AVB needs to bring the best out of this fella.
