Well would you prefer some OIL MEN perhaps? Or maybe you'd like some PORN MEN like West Ham? Or even some INDIAN CHICKEN MEN like Blackburn? Let's just be thankful that we have a owner/chairman which makes a bit of sense. Actually, let's just be thankful that we have an ENGLISH chairman/owner.

The 'Porn Men' are English.
And, as much as I find them hard to like, at least they stick by the man in charge of their team. They appoint a manager who they feel is right for the club and don't panic; if Levy was WHU chairman there's no way Allardyce would've survived their poor run.

Levy is far from the worst chairman around but his decision making over the years has been poor. It all started when he thought Ramos would be better than Jol, ignoring the fact that Seville had better players than us.
And if one of our rivals (outside the big 4) sacked their manager for getting them top 4 twice in 3 years, we'd think it was laughable.

IF he decides Baldini isn't right & sacks him, then brings in LVG we're back to where we were 2 years ago. An experienced manager in charge with no DOF, round and round we go...

I like our Tim but he is on a hiding to nil. Sadly I think we need a more recognised footballing man at the helm or maybe as Tim's number 2.02. Someone with some gravitas to help Tim.

Some of the players need shaking up. More importantly we need the set up to be able to drop non performing players.
Yan looks like he has switched off and will leave this summer, I keep seeing Morrison running past him and that is not an isolated incidence. Great defender/player but does not concentrate and there are others.
Kaboul needs new shoelaces. Walker is the the tin man gives a 100% but has no brain

Sloppy moment throughout the season have cost us.

Lack of squad depth is our big problem. Most of the players if fit play. Not the way to hone a squad.

And then what happens if/when LVG doesn't hit the ground running? He doesn't know the league and players are struggling to adapt to his methods. Levy panics as we're lingering somewhere in the bottom half of the table and his big name shiny coach can't seem to buy a win. There's boos after we draw 0-0 at home to the likes of Norwich so he gets rid of him and we're back to square one again.

At some point we have to stop the high turnover of managers and stick with one for the long haul. And for us at least 3 years would be a good start.

Getting fed up of the constant change and starting again tbh

My tougths on next season:

Louis Van Gaal new head Coach
Ian Broomfield to work under him on transfers

Baldini out of the door
Tim Sherwood goes back to the academy as technical Director

Stephen Freund steps up as assistant manager.

LVG has his own people, but says he likes to retain one coach from the former regime. So I see a role for Freund possibly, but not Assistant.

Here we go again, another dire turd performance and some of our fans can't see past the players or manager (I do agree he is out of his depth though). There are BIGGER reasons why our game has changed so badly. A shameless bump, So some of you can understand why it really is not just the players or just the manager.
