Naa he's Geordie through and through would never do that to his club. The reason he'll let goals in is because he's shit.

I think that Harper will walk into the door of the changing room causing concussion from which the next keeper in line will trip over him and rupture crucial ligaments in his ankle. This will lead the F.A. giving Newcastle special permission to bring in Fulop as an emergency keeper. Then he'll proceed to concede 70 in the last minute.

God only knows why due to their current form but I'm alot more optimistic about the barcodes getting something at home than I was today with wigan away.

Fulop either did what he did last season to fuck us up, or he was paid off, or he just simply is that shite.

Harper ain't as shit and will want to do well for his club, he doesn't get too many opportunities so will hopefully relish it.

Fulop had beef with Spurs because he thought he was good enough for us. He produced a man of the match performance for City against us, but luckily Crouch managed to score a goal.

He is a capable goalie, but that day it was very suspicious.

It's Harpers last game and he's well liked there. I expect him to try his best, but unfortuantely Pardew's team talk won't be the same, he's basically been spouting his team have a day off

Wonder if, should Pardew elect to field a "weak" side, will there be an FA investigation, leading to points deduction????
Potentially a very dangerous situation Pardew could find himself in.
Also, there will be some Newcastle players looking to put in a performance that gets them a summer transfer.
I don't think it's all doom & gloom for Sunday!

I think, for all Pardew's bullshit, Newcastle will go out and try to put a performance in. Their last two home games yielded 0-9 and they will want to attone for that.

I still think they'll lose though.

If anything after Pardews comments his team is going to have to put a perfomance in just to try and prove hes not the cock everyone knows he is. I can see if they get a result his coming on and being interviewed saying how professional he and his team is and he is glad he can end the season on a high YADA YADA YADA. To be honest if they do put a perfomance on they are capable of a result especially at home, if they take another tanking Pardew could wel get his P45.

You'd have thought they'd want to atone for losing 3-0 at home to Sunderland but they went and lost 6-0 to Liverpool sans Suarez.

Lets not forget most of Newcastle's players probably support Arsenal.

Would rather have Harper in goal for this kind of game than Elliott tbh. His last game for Toon, Collocini's last game for Toon, come on lads give it one last push and keep a clean sheet!!!

Seen stats for Harper the other day, he has a 100% catch rate this season apparently so hopefully will do ok from any Gooner corners. Not sure how many games that is though lol

The closer this game gets the bigger it becomes, I think its gonna be really tough for the Gooners come Sunday.

They were saying on the radio last night that after his comments Pardew had better hope they dont get beat 4-0 or thereabouts or there will be eyebrows raised over why he said what he did. The fact this game is on Sky Sports 1 and under the spotlight hopefully will make Toon want to perform to their best and at a level far and away above their last 2 home games.

Gonna be a case of wait and see what side turns up but this is the game I expected Arse to slip up in, expected them to tank Wigan last night.

Harpers OK, I'm not worried about him.

I just hope that Cisse can rediscover the magic that saw him hit all those fantastic goals last season. One or two of them and we could be laughing.
