PSG have Sirigu. It would make no sense for them to spend exorbitant amounts of money on a goalkeeper.

The only way that it would make sense is if Sirigu was sold....but i don't see a market for him at the moment either. Same reason Hugo moving was unlikely applies to Sirigu.....the top teams have starting GKs and aren't in the market for a new one. Neither Hugo or Sirigu would be happy being in a rotation or being a backup.

I would wager that Juve would love to grab Sirigu as Buffon's replacement, but that honestly looks like it is a couple seasons away from being an actual possibility.

Granted PSG is so rich that they can make moves that are done just because they can so any transfer is "possible" but seeing as they are trying to pull these loan to buy moves to get around FFP i think they would have a remarkably hard time negotiating with Levy on those standards. Would love to hear the call to Levy about that....."we want to buy Lloris, but we can't pay this summer...so we will loan him for a season with an automatic buy clause at the end of the season instead" <click>...."Hello, Daniel?...Daniel are you still there?"

They have Sirigu, but Lloris would be an improvement.
An improvement they can afford (if they can navigate the FFP rules).

Guys, PSG is trying to find money for Di Maria transfer & stay with in FFP. Thats why they seem to have put Lavezzi & Pastore on the market; Lloris will be a luxury signing which they cannot afford - if they have to stay within FFp

This PSG story is a non-story IMO

New contract means Hugo will be worth no less next summer than he is now. We won't sell.
