If We Make UCL

I was just thinking that most of our transfer's involve add-ons for making Champion's League.

Of course, I don't have anything closely resembling real numbers, but I feel that quite a few of our purchases over the past two years have had add-ons.

Perhaps, someone here has a better idea and can relate a real figure, but are we going to have a Homer Simpson like CBP if we make top four? CBP=crippling balloon payment

I don't say that to be alarmist, more to understand how much extra we may have to pay out once we reach the holy land.

Any smarter posters than me that can help out, I would appreciate it.

The extra revenue that CL brings will far outweigh any such payments.

No doubt. But I wonder if we are going to have to shell out 5 million or 15 million the minute we make the UCL

Does it really matter, though. We'll still have a healthy transfer fund, and the extra money will be ploughed into the new stadium and wages for new arrivals/star players.

Go back to worrying about Arshavin. :)
