Why have we lost him to Liverpool?
Does anyone know?
He seemed to be doing a good job from what i can tell
is it because he is actually one of these dogs?

not a suprise when new manager comes into club... sherwood breathing down his neck doing whatever he does... saw no future at spurs set up would be my guess....
I dont think sherwood would be breathing down his neck as both Ramsey and Alex have done a brilliant job with the academy its Sherwood who should be under pressure atmnot a suprise when new manager comes into club... sherwood breathing down his neck doing whatever he does... saw no future at spurs set up would be my guess....

I'm really disappointed that we have lost Inglethorpe. He really looks like he had a positive impact on the style of play are academy prospects have adopted.
His U21 team? you mean Ramsey's team, his job is to break the gap between hot prospect and squad member and he didnt do a good job last season with some of the loans(other than the prem loans and Kane) and this season we have alot of good prospects who may be looking to leave or fear stalling in their progressionWhy's that? His U21 team is playing some great football and getting fantastic results, with several players putting themselves into consideration for the first team. What more can he realistically do?

I have seen him at some games but it has been Ramsey on the touchline when I have seen the U21I thought he was in charge of the U21 team, alongside his other 'duties', I stand corrected then!

Me too. The couple of times I've watched his young team play I've been bloody impressed. I think this is a real loss. He seemed to be coaching exactly what I like to see in players. Great work ethic, coherent pressing and possession football. I really hope we make a shrewd appointment to replace him.
