Italian outlet CMW claim Inter Milan could make a surprise move to raid Tottenham and sign Oliver Skipp ahead of the January window, with the English midfielder really struggling for game time under Antonio Conte at Spurs.

We would be stupid to sell him.
Even if he is just a back up he is a good option as a home grown and club trained player.

Wouldn't blame him for moving. Conte talked him up all last season and all he is getting is the last few minutes of games, or played out on the right.
