Is anyone else still waiting for their membership pack?

Bought my membership at the end of July and still not got anything, Good thing it's 29 degrees and I don't need my scarf...

My daughter's was a direct debit renewal and she only got her pack on Monday, whilst my son and the rest or us received ours last month.
i think she also received an email saying they should be with us sometime in Sept....

Interesting, mine was also direct debit so hopefully I'll receive something soon...

Haven't got mine yet but the club have done the right thing sending emails out where there's a delay.

Same here... I even emailed the club asking if it'd been sent out yet. They said they'd send a replacement out to my workplace.

Interesting - I ain't got no email. Might contact them and hopefully they'll reply before the end of the season.

My son had his, I've not had mine...I emailed to ask where they were (as son's hadn't arrived at that point) they said they'd send 2 more out and if the others arrived in that time consider it a gift from the club...that was a week ago...still not had anything.

yep, got one members pack but not the other.....dont know what they use for postage but its terrible and i had to collect UCL tickets are Wembley Box Office as they couldnt post them to me!?
