Anyone see this in the paper the other day?

----

A survey by Top Up TV asked 1000 fans to pick the top misfits ever
so supporters have chosen the worst 11 players in Premier League history.

....................................Massimo Taibi...........................................
...................................(Man Utd)..................................................

Titus Bramble... Jean Alain Boumsong...Darren Peacock.........Abel Xavier
(Wigan).............(Newcastle)....................(QPR)................(Everton)

Eric Djemba Djemba......Luke Chadwick.....Carlton Palmer
(Man Utd)................(Man Utd).............. (Sheff Wed)

Lee Dong Gook............Thomas Brolin.......... Diego Forlan
(Middbro)......................(Leeds).........................(Man Utd)

Manager: Sammy Lee (Bolton)

----

Apparently Christian Gross was voted the 2nd worst manager

Surprised no Spurs outfield players ; Saib and Rasziak would have been my picks there.

What does everyone think? Is that team bad enough to be relegated? And who should be in there who isn't?

Interesting that Forlan is in there and we're being linked with him :-|

I've always rated Forlan, even when he was at Utd. He just got stuck in a rut and also had the worst luck in front of goal I've ever seen. If we signed him I wouldn't be disappointed.

Whats Forlan doing in there? Gary Doherty should be in there too.

Maybe unfairly, but Jose Dominguez always sticks in my mind. Especially after one afternoon where we were playing Chelsea and Ginola got subbed for Jose and I responded to a nearby Chelsea supporter asking "Who the fuck is that?", with, "You watch this, Dominguez will give you more problems in the next five minutes than Ginola did all match".

The following five minutes felt like hours.

most of them were good in theory, they just flopped in our league.

I think its a bit unfair to have Titus Bramble there. He wasn't good for Newcastle but since he's moved to Wigan he has played a lot better.

I thought Brolin was good.

Amazing player but he never quite recovered after breaking his foot. The Brolin who played in Parma and the national team was my very first favorite player and it's almost heartbreaking to think of his decline from a world player to a fat bloke who runs a restaurant.

He still makes huge cock ups, he was good for ipswich, however apart from his mistakes he is actually a decent cb, BUT IN THIS FORMATION HE DOSENT PLAY IN THE CENTER, and bramble is actually quite good at getting forward and I think he could be good in that position (sorry bout the caps lock)

Nowhere near the worst team ever, it's just full of players playing for top clubs and didn't make the grade or players who promised much but never delivered. We could easily name a squad of ex-Spurs players worse than these but neutral fans are hardly going to remember about the likes of Moussa Saib.

Carlton Palmer? Diego Forlan? Thomas Brolin?

Come on, no way should they be near the worst Premiership team of all time.
