Stick to your right wing racist mantra sunshine, because you know fuck all about football, and as for calling me and others who share the opinion we don't need him, as retards, look in the mirror you prick.

anyway cant say Im not exited, pay him whatever we will get double the merchendise and fans from abroad!!

yeah a lot of positives would come from getting him, a couple others are it could help in bringing in top quality players, players that may not normally come, may convince Berbs to stay and then the Davids type effect, he could help a few kids out like Rose etc ( who I would love to see on the bench and given a bit of game time )

do I think it will happen, no, but I hope it does

What fucking case?

I don't want too spend a considerable amount of our limited budget on a player who as devastating as he can be, is probably past his best, hence leaving Barca. As BC said and I concur, Ronnie might not fit in too well in the prem, is that not conceivable? The game is faster and more physical here, we are 11th in the league and from what I've seen lately we're in severe need of some players all over the park.

If we could get him at the right price I'd love to have him, but we'll have to pay top dollar, for what would essentially be a luxury, a luxury in our current predicament is not essential.

A phrase walk before you can run comes to mind.

That's a decent case even if you disagree, so don't go around calling people retards, capice.

Sorry dude, but if you really don't think we should get Ronaldinho, it's hard for me not to think that of you...

Ive decided I believe this rumor and that it will happen. Ive decided this because just thinking about it will keep me entertained until the real transfers start happening. So post more "Ronadinho to Spurs" rumors.

I don't think we should get him because we have a limited budget, I'll repeat that a limited budget. I've said he's a great player, but this isn't pro evo, this is the real world and in the real world Spurs have a budget. So I ask you do you want to spend a considerable amount of our budget on Ronnie?

And if you do what about all the other areas in the side that need filling asap?

ditto I hope its true, it would prob. be spurs's biggest swoop of all time I would think, well when else would we have signed a former player of the year who is still on the other side of 30

That goes without saying.

Whether he's on his way or not, it's something else to ponder over. I really can't see this transfer window being particularly boring.

But 'prick' is ok?

I can see where you're coming from - limited budget, may not settle, past his best, but there is another side. I guess it's been spelled out here already, but...
If he were to join us I am sure he would give us something that we are currently missing. He has proved himself at the highest level, and I as we are currently far from top of our league, it would be hard to see how he could not improve us in some way. He is a fantasy, luxury player, but in my opinion one who could inspire a few of our other players. Any player who is important to the team becomes more than a luxury, they become the players that you realise you can't do without. Was Ginola a luxury player? As for the cost, he must still be one of the most marketable players in the world, and Levy is no mug. He will surely milk this cow.
Has Ronaldinho past his best? Maybe, but not getting a game at Barca (I don't know the whole story, but it seems to be more than just poor form) is quite different from competing for a place in our team.
We do need a number of positions to be strengthened for next season, but realistically we are unlikely attract any player that the CL cubs are also in for. Having a huge name joining us at the beginning of the window could give us an edge here. Plus, unless we pay ludicrous money, the overall cost of him joining would be offset by the merchandising opportunities.

That said, if he does come to us I will reverse-goat my girl's mum before stapling my batwing to my forehead and playing 'take-5' cello style on the taught skin.

OUT: Robinson (£5m), Chimbonda (£5m), Dawson (£5m), Gardner (£2m), Lee Young-Pyo (£1m), Tainio (£3m), Jenas (£12m), Keane (£13m), Berbatov (£34m),

I bloody well hope that that wont happen. We want to keep Keane, and Gomez is overrated and orerpriced for £10mill, he is in a very similar mould to Robbo. While Amilia you could buy for about £5mill-£8mill. as well as the fact if we get one of the other players above I will be supprised!

Do you think he'll send us a "Dear Spurs" letter like Rivaldo?

If he comes to London, there's no way it won't be Chelsea.
