Are they?
been lurking some wigan forums trying to get a feel for what they think about him coming to us.....
they legitimately think he's worth 15-20m
We don't want to sign overpriced players like that. He is not even an exciting player!! COME ON!!
I wonder why he's not exciting?
What is exciting about him? It feels like a boring Sean Davis signing. I hope you understand what I mean. What is exciting about Sean Davis. Nothing special, right...
You get the hang of it now. You just need to sense what an exciting player is.

Was Bale an exciting player when we signed him?
He wouldn't have been Spursking exciting though. Something about his skin...actually yes. He was doing well at Southampton and looked a real prospect.

Like I have said many times before, it is about having a special skill. In the case of Bale, he was a great talent, with ball control, pace, vision, poweful, a rare left foot and a set piece taker at an early age. He was regarded as a special player because of his special skills. That is the kind of players we want. That is an exciting player. We don't want average players.
So to summarise, we all dream of a team of Gareth Bales....
Thumbs up, but we don't mind other exciting players as well
You can't have 25 exciting players though SK - some of them need to be more average players, otherwise they won't be happy to be squad players, or won't be able to fill in where they're needed.
What are your opinions on Holtby, just out of interest?
