FFS!!!!!!!!! THIS SHIT DRIVES ME MAD, what the fuck are the FA fing doing!!!!!!!!!

Do they hate Spurs or sommin as was it me imaging or did West Ham abuse Lampard (like we did Camp'bell) and they did nothing but with us they arrested our fans.........

i think the difference here is that our fans who were arrested were chanting racist/homophobic chants as opposed to just calling him a ****. But its not really what this thread is about.

i believe the police report made no mention about racism/homophobia in their report, just that the lyrics were disgusting? they picked us as an example in the hopes of stopping other fans, but it's rather annoying that other fans have gotten away with similar crap so far.

that said, the FA complain about any comment made by non-top 4 players that implies they suck and they're biased. i don't think they care about the 'ref made a mistake' comment so much as JJ's implications that they're biased in favor of Manure. if people kept saying it, the FA can't stop everyone and eventually the refs will have to be less blatant since there'll be some pressure from the other side too.

I hope he stands his ground on this one. Funnily enough, when Redknapp was just starting his post match interview I said to my mate, "I predict a fine from the FA!"

this brings back memories of the palestine vs israel thread (in the debate/discussion forum) that was shut down by moderators after a few pro-israeli members threw a hissy at certain harsh but very honest remarks :p

Jenas is a twat ....simply trying to garner some favour by reaching out using the lowest common denominator - the refs bent.
I posted this comment below on the Front page in response to someone elses comments, but I thought it appropriate now aswell for the comment above.

Do you know what, poor JJ can do nothing right at all.

He gets slated on here when he performs poorly, (fair enough, most players should), when he performs well he is just doing his job. Now he comes out with comments, talking like us fans are about the inept performance of Howard Webb, and gets slated for that.

All he is guilty of here is showing some passion, he is talking like a fan, talking like a fan should want a player to talk, i for one think it is great that a player has come out with these coments, because yes, he will get a fine, but It shows that he cares, and if people in the game do not talk about the referees for fear of being fined/banned, whatever, nothing will ever be done about the referees and they will continue to get away with this type of behaviour.

I have always been on JJ's side, and I do think there is more to come, but do you know what, I think he should move away from Spurs for his own sanity, beacuse he will never do right for alot of Spurs fans.

Anyway JJ, well done for your comments

Am on JJ's side on this one.

Even if he gets fined, I dont think it would bother him too much, he gets more than enough.

Applaud him for stepping up and fighting our fight, where other's just hide, shrug their shoulders and collect their wages.

However, the incident is not the first and will not be the last. Yes the penalty wasn't one, Yes, it changed the game. But we were also guilty of "after penalty hangover".

It's a wake up call for us, that we need the seige mentality if we want to compete with the top 4.

And the difference in class in the 2nd half was apparent for all to see, you can argue that they spend 300m on their forward line, but at the end of the day, its 300m worth of quality we dont have.

We still have quite a way to go.

Top 4? let's try top 5 next season and see if we can achieve that first.

The FA are massive bellends. Thank fuck I have this place to vent my frustrations, this nanying over the country's football is killing me!!!!:bang::bang::bang:

JJ would become my idol if he could fight his corner and send a cheap jibe back at the FA; "the FA should do something more beneficial with their time, like apologise on behalf of Mr Webb for his appauling decision that most likely cost us the game" cos what can they do? Fine him even though he's rolling in the dosh....

If only Brian Clough was here......

* exucse the foul language :violin: but I'm sure u can understand where I'm coming from.

Any1 got the FAs email by any chance?

Try this link mate, if your looking to contact them. Not sure it's exactly what your looking for but could help.

Dear FA

It's called the TRUTH!

I'm not suprised you didn't understand it. Perhaps you'd like to explain the Carlos Tevez signing at West Ham?, picking Steve Mclaren as England Manager?

No?...didn't think so

Urgghhhhh

but the lasting impression of annoyance is really,

1. That we folded pathetically when we were still ahead
2. Weasily Carrack, who I had no vendetta against up until now, thinking that his exit was more or less respectable, doing a standing dive and cheating for a penalty...I know, the modern game and all that, but I just can't get used to this gamemanship, it takes a lot out of it for me

Carrick didn't do anything wrong. Gomes took him out as he pushed the ball away and it is possible to see why the ref gave a penalty, not that it takes away from the injustice of it. Whether he's right or wrong though, Jenas needs to stop talking about how the ref crumbled under pressure when all of our players did the same thing.

I was quiet on the 1st one but let everyone know who i supported on the 2nd!
Then told anyone who cared to listen that we was fucking robbed and whats the point of playing at Old Trafford if that happens every game to the visiting team.

I was in a bar full of mancs too. I wasn't quiet.

Then I got ripped for 40 minutes and laughed at. Despite the penalty my team let me down in embarrassing fashion.

I wasn't getting carried away at 2-0. In a way i felt more worried that we had a 2-0 lead at Old Trafford. There was always a good chance they would come out all guns balzing, and chances were that they would score. It only takes 1 goal to turn the tide of the game, especially at Old Trafford.
