Yip seems those horrible defeats of Aguero and Co. Will continue to haunt us, as long as they don't haunt the players.I think it comes with the territory of being a Spurs fan
I get what you mean though...we as fans should be more confident, this is a new Spurs and the manager is instilling a winning mentality through to the players. We win, lose or draw together - I was watching the video of the celebrations at the Etihad from last season, and there's a togetherness and pride that hasn't been there for years, maybe even for as long as I can remember as a Spurs supporter.
Saying that, I will be biting the f*<k out of my nails on Sunday afternoon
Up the Spurs!
I think we'll give them a real test. I'm wary of saying more but it's an encouraging sign that I no longer just hope for a draw at home to the richer boys.
?? We finished 5th in his first two seasons for us (Lasagnegate etc). We were on the up as a club from 2006 on.Agree. Some far less dedicated and talented players have received far more love than him.
He played for us at a time we were going from utter shitb to where we were now.
Then I blame him for being right.Jenas spot on
Exactly. He was one of the players that saw us through that transition.?? We finished 5th in his first two seasons for us (Lasagnegate etc). We were on the up as a club from 2006 on.
