If we rate him at £5m-£10m and they rate him at £30m, this ain't gonna happen unless it is part of the Luka deal

Must admit, from a purely selfish position, it'd be awesome to know that we have one of the 'best young talents in Europe' that happened to come from Real Madrid.

Funnily enough I've read up quite a lot on this kid after he came good for me in a Football Manager game and I took an interest in his career. He's VERY highly rated at Madrid along with Morata and a goalkeeper whose name I forget, although I think it might be Tomas Mejias having looked on Wiki quickly. The comparison with Ronaldo is a bit of a red herring - he's what Ronaldo was like as a promising youngster, all dribbling and trickery rather than the direct, physical, more effective Ronaldo of nowadays. That said, he probably has more elements to his game than Ronaldo did in his early years - he has a better awareness of what's going around him, can play on either wing, shoot off either foot etc.

Saw him play for the Spanish U19's a couple of times in the last month. What you'd expect from a young Spanish striker/winger at that level. Good technically, decent pace, knows where the goal is. Doesn't remind me of Ronaldo at all to be honest, more like a young Torres if i'm forced to make a comparison. Finished as tournament top scorer but didn't really blow me away. Looks the type who may well develop into something very useful though. Worth a punt for £10M but no more. There's cheaper options around with similar potential.

He looked very good in the under 19s tournament but the player that really stood out was the Barca forward/winger Gerard Deulofeu, he looks 1 hell of a player.

I thought so too but he was hopeless against the Greeks in the final who just took the ball off of him whenever he ran at them (which was every time he got the ball). He needs to learn to mix up his game a bit more. The talent is certainly there but whether the brains are is debatable. Liverpool and QPR have been linked with him this week.

Looks tailor made for the Premiership to me and would be ideal backup/rotation for Bale and Lennon (assuming he can play on the right as well). Getting young talent back in the Modric deal might be the best way to go, I'm sure Madrid are just playing silly buggers if they are asking for 30m Euros.

Seems quite rated here. Never seen him before in my life but a young Madridista with a similar style to Ronaldo seems alright.

Young, Spanish and loads of potential. I say get the lad in if possible.
