TBH, it looks to me like he's saying "Yeah...yeah...fing black c...fing nobhead" - which would be far more like batery behaviour than "I never said fing black c", which is the type of thing advisers would tell him to claim he was saying, after the trouble erupted and they viewed the video evidence. But, if the experts insist that from the start of his lip-movement, continued as Ghastly ran in front of him, that is what he is saying, who am I to argue. But he doesn't look like he is being sartcastic, far more like he knows he is saying something that will wind Ferdinand up more than what erdionand is saying to him - the whole purpose of banter.
