From the clip they played earlier it sounds like he's on the phone, plus these interviews are almost never live.

Several bits in the media saying we will train in Italy on Friday, so if he's not travelling it sounds bad news for Sunday.

Unless he's lost a leg, he'll play on Sunday (he's Harry Kane remember), so think he's travelling - and the interview is either pre-recorded or a phone call

We are staying in Italy and will train there for the cup final, so I expect the whole squad to travel

On topic, could be phone interview, pre-recorded, skype. Doesn't necessarily mean he's not going to travel. Could travel after the interview and may not even start the game anyway. Wait and see what how the interview is done.

This - Durham played a clip of it and, even then, it sounded like he was on a walkie talkie, but King Troll specifically said the interview happened today but is airing tomorrow.
