Well I think that his reaction shows how much he wanted to join Liverpool. Good luck to him.

I was happy for him too, he was like a kid, so excited, and I'm glad he's finally got off the mark and removed the monkey off his back.

It proves he's a good player, so good luck to him.

The more I think about it I dont really begrude Keane his move, he put his time in with us and battled hard to get in the team when left out, did alot for us.

Its just frustrating to think how could we could be right now with the same squad and him and Berbatov still at the club playing to their best standard, shame we never seem to get it quite right.

Bring Berbatov in lose Carrick, bring Modric and Bentley in lose Keane and Berbatov its just like bringing in Lineker and losing Waddle, so much what might have beens.

I totally agree, so frustrating, and from what I remember, Waddle didn't even ask to leave, didn't we need the money at the time?

You know, out of Hoddle, Gazza and Waddle, the old BBC Radio commentator Bryon Butler thought Waddle the most talented.

Looking at the years that past afterwards I have no doubt we needed the money. Damn Scholar

If we were even mid-table, then I'd be happy for him.

As it is, I find it rather difficult to join him in his joy.

I wasn't pleased to see it go in but I wasn't disappointed either. I've kind of reached a stage of neutralism with Keane, we've far more important things to worry about other than what might have been.

I'm sad that he isn't playing for us but thats the fault of the management and the board. Good luck to him, he was a great player for us.

The only thing that bugged me was the fact he did that celebration,
you know the one he did for us, and stopped doing as it caused a slight injury and not only that he saved it for his 100th spurs goal,
then he goes and does it for them,
sorta leaves a sour taste in the mouth like.

Which just proves my theory that most commentators are thick as shit.
He was by a very long way the least talented of those three.

Dear God. The Waddler was a great player, after Jonesy the best winger I've seen at Spurs (and I doubt we've had a better than Jonesy), but a better player than Gazza and Hoddle? Come on, be serious…

Well, good for Keane. There's enough uncertainty (even if most of it is based on rumour) about the circumstances of his departure for me to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I wouldn't read too much into it. I haven't seen a whole PSV game this season, but from what I've read it seems they've regressed a good deal, and Isaksson is no substitute for Gomes.

I was happy to see him score and celebrate the way he did.

BTW, One of their forwards Amrabat looked pretty good throughout the whole match
