That's me mateDaniel Linley @D_Linley ·
@WindyCOYS at Peterborough for Posh vs Brighton. McEvoy played 45, easily their best player. Put numerous crosses in and a constant threat
Another happy McEvoy watcher !

I appreciate that but it's made to sound like he was tiring after 30 mins, not 60!It's pre season....
As I said before, I didn't actually think he looked unfit. He didn't seem off the pace or anything, the only reason I said he faded was because Posh didn't seem to have any attacks in the last 10 of the first half and it was all Brighton so couldn't really get involved.I appreciate that but it's made to sound like he was tiring after 30 mins, not 60!
Scored just before HT with a deflected strike to make it 1-0.
Not even on the bench today ?

Anyway, if anyone's not having a wild Saturday night you could always watch the first half below. I don't think he touched the ball until Brightons first goal (Around 6 minutes IIRC) and his best spell was around 15-35 mins. I can't be bothered to find individual highlights so you'll have to endure the match like I did He's number 20 btw
Tottenham Hotspur recall Kenny McEvoy from Peterborough
Winger Kenny McEvoy has been recalled by Tottenham Hotspur from his season-long loan with Peterborough United.
The 20-year-old, who is yet to make a first-team outing for Spurs, made eight appearances for Posh this season.
He scored one goal in his two months at the League One club, in a 3-2 victory over MK Dons at London Road.
"We would like to thank Kenny for his efforts and wish him the best of luck in his career," read a statement on Peterborough's club website.
BBC sport are reporting that we have recalled McEvoy. He seems to have been getting a reasonable amount of game time at Peterborough (and judging by the reports has played quite well), so I wonder if this means that Poch is planning on bringing him into the first team squad.

Maybe a loan at a Championship club is on the cards?
Peterborough fans saying they didn't give him a proper chance and one guy said he's surprised it didn't happen sooner. In other words, he's not coming back because he's been amazing and will get a better loan/move near the first team.Hopefully he'll get a shot with the first team. Or he is being loaned back out to a championship club. Only way this makes sense.
