I think if we bring him in it means either Dier or Sanchez is off - No way are we parting with Tanganga and Toby has not long signed a contract - It makes sense and Trix has told us José wants CBs. CBs options next season could be:

Toby - Dier - Kabak - Min Jae - Tanganga

Or swap Dier for Sanchez but I think one of them will go out on loan.

Or may be we are selling Aurier along with Kwp and Foyth as well .. And want to use Ozan and Kim in right back along with one of Aarons or Castagne ( Whoever we buy)

Jose likes to use CB as one of his Right back or Left back rather than using proper RB or LB !!

Loan out Foyth to Leeds who will be losing Ben White back to brighton and bring this guy in. We'll then get to see how Foyth develops and we get to see if this guy can offer anything.

SORRRRTED

We probably need the Foyth money to buy this guy

Would like the Schalke center half more than Kim based on competition - Jan definitely on way out, foyth also - Tanganga would seem to fill one spot but never hurts to hve too many, I don’t think we have any promising ones coming through academy?

If that's the case I'd much rather keep Foyth who cost 10m than fork out 15m on Kim. It has all the hallmarks of another Khumalo or Mabizela deal to me.
Same was said of Son.

Even after his first season.

This guy is 6ft3. Considering that Foyth looks short next to Son and Lamela, I’d be shocked if he was more than 5ft11, maybe 6ft.
I think they’re inflating Foyth’s height. There’s no way he’s as tall as he’s listed.

Absolutely agree mate,
He didn't prove anything but coming spurs as a 15m? it's bollocks
Look at the what Davinson has done before siginig with spurs
Kim is good player but just in China
Seriously can't understand why he even linked with spurs
Would you say maybe because there is a commercial opportunity if he turns out to be good? Son is obviously massively popular in South Korea and Kim, if he proved successful would also have the potential to have the same impact.

Wiki says foyth is 1.87m and if you look at the team photo for 2019-2020 foyth is standing next to alderwereld who's also listed as 1. 87m and foyth is slightly taller.

let’s hope our scouts know what they are doing. Sarr seems to be off to Torino, not exactly top level. I’ve seen some real questions on his actual defending and his aerial stats are pretty bad. Sounds like a Foyth almost.

that said, a smart team would find a way to land some of these young guys on a free (Sarr, Ngakia, Ferguson, etc) and have a plan to loan them out for development and create a good player or worst case transfer value.

don’t love that we are stocking the team with Jose type players, but he is the manager
and seems like Kim is bigger and more commanding in the air, while having similar ball skills.

I hate to be the one to break it to you....

Foyth is circa 6ft but he’s like a rake which is a complete no no for a CB as you’ll easily get bullied off the ball

Have a good feeling about this guy - sign him up!*

*I had the same feeling about Ricardo Rocha so this is not a good thing.

Some good attributes like heading and long balls, pace, speed. Not sure how suited to the prem he'd be - I think he'd have a lot to learn and will make some mistakes. At 23, perhaps you'd expect slightly more of the finished/polished article.

Those attributes you said he has are perfect for the PL?

yes it's not the positive attributes I've reservations about, more things like heading the ball and not watching where it lands, sort of thing rather than getting after it/directing it to a team member. Doesn't come across as hugely tenacious - but that may be the opposition he's playing more than anything else.

We'll see...

If the financial risk is small enough through re sale value etc I'm willing to take a punt on this guy. I admit I do enjoy these sorts of transfer stories though. I think these sort of out of the blue stories are really rare these days. (y)

Law of diminishing marginal returns begs to differ.

Looks like Maguire except for significantly faster and more agile. Obviously Maguire has years of experience in the Prem and Championship but judging on the video alone this guy has the raw materials suited for the league, it's just whether he can get up to the standard and there's only 1 way to find out.

@FabioKim does not think that he has the attributes to make it in the premier league anyway. I know nothing about him so I would accede to his greater knowledge on the player.
