I hope we get an announcement, within the next few days, that we've signed Pereira so that the grumblings of Walker's departure, would have mostly cooled down..

Last word on my walker that was a
Touch Class, nice.

Didn't get anything from bale, modric, vdv, berbatov , Keane, etc etc

Agreed, we get the odd nice comment, they still follow us etc... but at the same time we also get the Madrid lads saying how nice it would be for Alli/Kane to join them...

I won't be booing him. Good player who came on brilliantly defensively under Poch and made himself a £50 million rated player. Incredible fitness and willing to work up and down. Loved him - even if he could give you the occassional heart attack.

Won't miss the inevitable cut back when he should be going to the byline and getting the ball in. Or the ability to miss every target with a cross. But that's City's problem now. :D

Why do you think the club wanted him out?

Don't know - but suspect two interrelated reasons:

* Walker had done something to piss off Pochettino
* The Club saw an opportunity to sell an asset for a fabulous amount of money

I suppose the bottom line here will be how Tripper and Walker's replacement do next season.

The key will be how well the cash generated from Walker's sale helps the team in the upcoming season.

That video got to me, fair play Kyle

Judging by Jenas comments he was forced out the club and didn't have his head turned, in Poch we trust as always.

This has a nostalgic quality for me. All my kids spent their formative years frequently hearing me bellow 'Walker, you fucking idiot!' at the telly. It's only been the last two years where this dire expletive has become less frequent. One of my eight years first two word sentence when he was tiny was 'fucking idiot' after Walkers name was read out as part of a Spurs line-up on TV. Got a right bollocking from the wife for that. Seems weird I'll be cheering him on when he fucks up now

Have we ever sold a player that Poch defiantly wanted to keep, since his arrival at our club?

Players have come and gone during Poch's tenure at this club, but yet we've improved our league position each year.

In Poch, I trust.

Think on the bright side - in future you can still yell out 'Walker, you fucking idiot!' and then have a quiet chuckle to yourself !

The reason Walker made the video is because he's seen the abuse that Sterling get from the Liverpool supporters after going to City and he doesn't want to get similar abuse from us.
