Thankfully Dier won't be playing at RB in the league anymore, so can stop panicking.
I am not panicking and Dier will play as RB in the EPL again. I predict on Sunday.
I forgot that you are a big Naughton fan. This time next year KN will not be a Spurs player.

Why would he play a CB at RB instead of an actual Right Back?

Naughton probably won't be here next season but Yedlin is going to have to prove himself first.

Why did he pick Soldado instead of an actual goal scorer?
But seriously Dier is a big prospect and frankly Naughton ain't.

I have no idea what you're talking about in your first sentence. Probably BS.

And you're also saying that we should play a CB in a position he doesn't want to instead of a RB who is quite good. You'd rather play Dier to the detriment of the team because he's got more potential. OK mate.

That is your interpretation. That is why these forums exist and why I find them interesting.

But am I right or not with my "interpretation"? You still haven't explained the first sentence about Soldado as well.

I find you interesting to be honest.

What is this higher level of productivity you speak of?
Are you talking about his 3 assists in the Premier League, one of which was a corner?
Why are people so impressed by so very little?
I would suggest that there would be a far higher figure in the amount of times he loses the ball per game.
If he could improve those figures then perhaps he might turn into a productive player one day.

Why are people so impressed by somebody running fast but achieving nothing? Townsend provided 1 assist last year in the Premier League (25 games) and scored a cross. Lamela provided 1 assist in his 9 games, most of which were from the bench. It doesn't matter how many times Lamela loses the ball if he produces more than his competition. Townsend shooting over the bar or Lennon passing it backwards does not make them more productive.

Player - Goals/Assists per minute (all comps 2013/14 season)
Lamela - 188
Towsend - 306
Lennon - 528

p.s Lamela has already got more assists than Lennon and Townsend managed in the whole of last season (all comps). He has got triple the assists Townsend managed in the Permier League, and one less than Lennon managed. So ask yourself again why people are 'so impressed' by his start to the season.

Danny Murphy was probably one of the worst commentators I have heard. Was having a go at anyone on the pitch, even laid in to Vetonghen for taking a shot. Was so aggressive. Average player, average commentator.

If all you are going to do is quote a load of stats.
Here is one for you.

Gylfi Sigurdsson has played 9 games in the EPL for Swansea and has 1 goal and 7 assists........does that make him twice the player Lamela is?

Let's not get it twisted....anyone with a pair of eyes can see that all Andros and Aaron do is flatter to deceive, and they are not even good at that. Don't get me wrong, every time they play I root for them just as much as anyone else and hope they can hit form to challenge for a spot, but its pretty clear that Erik is a class above, and this is before he's even close to reaching the level he's capable of.

Couldn't agree more, he was close to rivalling Tony Gale! He spent the entire game calling for Lennon to come on; who then proceeded to offer absolutely nothing, that seemed to put an end to his "tactical insights"!

At this stage, Sigurdsson is the better player, but I expect that. He's 3 years older and has been in England donkeys.

Very underrated talent.

I like Gylfi, seems a nice guy and a pretty decent player but unfortunately, for whatever reason,he never really stepped up to the mark here.
