Appearently some irony brings the answers to the table! Thanks! ;)We (a mate and myself) are staying at Thistle Barbican Hotel, close to Angel tube station and Old street station.

I just thought that the party at Bill Nics could be fun and friendly, with at chance to mingle a little with folks and get in touch with people.

We will start early at Bricklayers. In Norway we are smart, so we will drink both on friday and saturday night, and then we can drink a lot on sunday before the game without being intoxicated!!

I`ve googled it, and some people fancy Fabric. But I guess it`s not the right place for us at all. A place where they play classic rock/heavy metal would be cool! Maybe we will go to Camden for a concert at The Underworld or something..

Is the Tottenham area dangerous at night time, by the way? I`ve heard so.. I`ve only been there on daytime..

For tourists - yes. But anywhere can be for a stranger. Not much will be happening in the Tottenham area on a Sunday night for tourists. You would be better - as I said - Having a few drinks after the game then getting the underground to your hotel which will be very close to Covent Garden and the West End with theatres and clubs. But once again - Be careful - wherever you go.

Tottenham at night is probably the second worst place i've been to. The worst being Edmonton next door where I lived.

Stay well clear of it. Camden would be your best bet for night life if you want rock bars.

But as already said, the West End \ Covent Garden is probably the nicest and safest place to be. It's good down there.

If Sherwood gets sacked on the final day, any Spurs pub will be rejoiced in celebration.

Matchdays are different in Tottenham but I wouldn't spend your whole evening there. Bill Nic / Bricklayers etc are a good place to carry on after the match for a few hours and then you can go central / Camden later. I'm well out of touch on the club scene in London and esp unsure about the rock scene. Camden is always buzzing though I expect and certainly a safer bet than Fabric. Although as I said, I havem't done that for a while so I am sure there are others better qualified to advise.

Thats the problem with such a big city like London and supporting a football club there, I guess. Supporters come from all over the place and just disappear afters the game. I guess it`s more compact and gathered supporter atmosphere after games in smaller english cities, like Newcastle, Manchester and Liverpool..!?

Instead of sitting with supporters after the game, we have to go to Camden and pretend that we are punk rockers..ha, ha. But I didn`t know that in 89 when I got a Lineker-shirt and started supporting Tottenham. I had never been in England back then..damn!! Someone should have given me an Ian Rush-shirt instead back then..

No, we will have a few drinks after the game as well!

Well, I will follow your advises. Won`t go to that party! Probably we will see some of you at the Bricklayers!

Manchester, you have to be joking. They have a long drive back to Surrey, can't hang around after the game! ;)

If you're after a Rock bar then the Intrepid Fox, round the corner from Tottenham Court Road, is the place to go. Open till 4am on a Sunday too http://www.intrepidfox.com/info/info.html
Enjoy!
