Too many players are playing for their own glory rather than the teams. Kane seems to be intent on scoring from 20 or more yards, and Rose doesn’t seem to have any understanding with the rest of the team.

Players need to be dropped regardless of who they are, just to show that if you can’t perform for the team then you don’t play.
