It’s claimed the Frenchman has ‘practically closed’ the agreement with Spurs on a three-year deal but his high salary at the Camp Nou is ‘delaying’ his transfer.

Lenglet’s contract at Barca lasts until 2026 and the deal proposed by Ange Postecoglou’s side will see him earn less than his current salary. Mundo say he’s waiting for the Catalan club to compensate him to leave the Camp Nou. In addition to this, Tottenham haven’t yet agreed a deal with the Spanish giants because there’s a difference of €5m between the two parties.

His contract with Barcelona will decide what happens with him, he’s on nearly €20 million a year with them.

How much??!!! No way, surely not.
Lenglet's salary is €20m gross per year, which makes it difficult for him to leave. The player has a contract until 2026 with Barça.

They seem to be accurate enough with Barca stuff.

Loan him again if Ange wants him. Barca can pick up a big chunk of his wages too.
