Good luck Aaron and thanks for everything.

No danger of going to a Spurs testimonial any time soon.

Much as I like Chadli, I wish he would get some of Lennons defensive workrate into him.

Sorry to see Lennon go if I'm honest :(

What a great servant. £1m signing and 10 years, you'd struggle to name a better value player in our PL history.

Sad to see Lennon leave under these circumstances. He was a thrilling player to watch, and he scored some great goals! Cheers Azza! COYS!

Bye Azza. I still remember the days that Routledge knackered his foot and feeling like I'd burst a testicle. Then you and Mido and the gang tore Korea a new arsehole in the pre-season.

The start of the good/not so utterly shit times. It was such a novel feeling for me at the time.

Godspeed little fella.

Thanks for all the great memories. Hope he will do well at Everton. Not happy with the way in which he was treated by our Club. He reminded me of Darren Anderton, who I feel deserved better treatment.

Why do so many players with us end up getting shoved out the backdoor? As much as Lennon annoyed me for not improving his game over the years to become a real force he still had some great moments in our shirt:

Winning goal vs Chelsea
Last minute equalizer at the Emirates in the 4-4
Goal against Arsenal at WHL
Last minute winner vs Liverpool
Lots of mazy dribbles especially in the early years

Just seems a bit bad how it seems to end up for quite a lot of players at Spurs.

Sad to see him go, but really we needed to move him on a few years ago. There was a definite point when he stopped attacking players and started playing predictable back and sideways passes every time he met a defender.

I've still got my Lennon 25 shirt from the Jol era and will always think back to the impact he made then. Sad him and Daws both missed out on a testimonial but I will always think of both of them as Spurs.
