If we do lose next week, which lets be honest is very possible (and no disgrace), we'll fall slightly out of the title race. It will be disappointing. I'll be in Manchester on Sunday and if we lose I'll be as gutted as anyone. But we need to remember where we were as little as a year ago. Go back just a few months to August and the fact we're even talking about the Champions League would seem ridiculous, let alone being in a title race!
I have never felt so positive around this football club, and if we do lose a few games and end up in 4th or worse, nothing will change that. I just want to make sure our fans know how much progress we've made in the last 2 years. We're on the up, and lets not let a couple of bad results get in the way of that (if indeed some poor results do happen..)
Yes I've had a lot of drinks in the Billy Nic today so I'm just dropping random sentences out there.
