I think we'll get the better stadium but at the same time they will pay less for "theirs" and get better transport links. If we can have an overground station at White Hart Lane that might solve things.

I'm a bit dubious about us footing the bill for the tower cranes, I've never heard of a Client buying plant, it's usually the Principal Contractor who takes that risk on if there are none for hire.
Having said that, the PC's price would have included plant costs so, if we have bought them, this will have been removed from the price and we get the resale value. Levy might just make a profit out of the deal in that case.

Went to see Stanley (Dad's team) play at West Ham in the Tin Cup. Easily out sung them.

But I can well imagine the crowd problems between fans after derby games. Very difficult to segregate unless they literally leave one whole side over to the away fans and guide everyone out over one bridge and Spammers out over the other to the station. That or keep the away fans in the stadium for 30 mins after the game.
