Have I missed it on official site or has he just thrown Harry in front of him because of the disappointing incoming transfers?

he probably knows he has no leg to stand on

we haven't spent anywhere near what we shoud have and our lack of ambition in the previous three windows has been appalling

It's a poor show as Levy normally appraises the window activity and fills in a few areas where we've all thought WTF!

Because he knows that fans will see right through what he say. I think it's clear to see he's not willing to back a manager that won't be here a great deal longer and that's obviously not something he's going to openly admit to.

Probably because when we announce 40 mill profit and the shareholders take out dividends they will suffer backlash, so he can't really say anything as it won't look good then

Doesn`t always Levy write a summary of the window activity?

I cannot remember seeing one previously written by Levy on the OS.

He does make statements in the Annual Report, the last one in March 2011 was (with my highlights) :

'We have hosted one of the largest squads in the Premier League during this period. It is important to create a healthy balance in any squad between competition for places and for players to play consistently. Whilst this large squad eased our progress in the Champions League, we shall continue to look to streamline our squad where appropriate. There has, however, been less movement in the transfer market than we have seen for many seasons and this has resulted in a number of our first team players going out on loan'

Probably Levy is waiting for our first PL win to give his 'Dear supporter' speech with heavy emphasis on NDP status. Levy=visionary, Redknapp=mundane stuff. Knowing PR people I bet Donna Cullen has advised exactly this.

There's absolutely no way they'd take a dividend at the moment. Why would they when they've better stuff to put the money into? If anything there's likely to be a rights issue in the next 12 months.
