Leicester will sign Soumaré from Lille, do you reckon he will do well there?

Soumarè has been on the big guns radar for some time now, so I’m a bit surprised that Leicester is leading the race. I think he’ll do well and I would not be against him joining us.

Well, if he goes to Leicester and does well we really need to start to question Hitchen because in that time we've seen the following come from Ligue 1 and do well.
Tielemans
Fofana
Saint-Maxim
Bissouma
Zambo-Anguissa
Raphinha
And this is supposed to be Hitchen's region.
Will be interesting to see how he does.

He might have been giving glowing reports on all of the above players but the manager didn't want them or the club's couldn't agree a deal.

He has one or two "Dembele" moments per game and is a passenger for the rest. That's why he hasn't been a permanent starter this season. No, thanks.

I'm afraid that it's another very good signing by Leicester, apparently for less than 30 million euros. Mahrez, Kanté, Tielemans, Fofana were all great signings from the French leagues.

Lille drew 0-0 with Saint-Étienne today. Pretty frustrating match - ASSE defended brilliantly, Lille hit the post and had a shot cleared off the line in added time. Botman and Renato Sanches were excellent. Lille are currently 1 point ahead of PSG (but with much worse GD) with 1 game to go.
Their final match is away to midtable Angers. A win will guarentee the title, or else they will have to hope for a favourable Brest result against PSG.
The games kick off next Sunday at 8pm, should be very interesting. Regardless of what happens it has been a pretty amazing season for Lille.

No probably about it - he's been in France ever since he started school.
I felt Lille were slightly cautious, which is understandable. Almost felt like "whatever happens today, do not get beat"
Yeah I'm with you there. ASSE did look very dangerous on the break so a draw probably isn't that bad a result.
Lille's away form is fantastic though so hopefully they can do it against Angers.

first time watching a whole Lille game today, perhaps not the best to make a judgement on, but:
Botman - looks class. reminds me a lot of Super Jan.
Celik - looks decent, aggressive and good going forward.
Soumare - again, impressed, a real player there.
and was it Renato Sanchez who was playing wide left in the second half? thought he looked good too.

Well it would depend on you having access to watch all these leagues - I've heard there's ways around that though
