Typically negative BBC reporting on Spurs. Strange how they are more excited about a young Brazilian player than they are about our young English players. Must be their usual Liverpool bias.

I want to know why in cocks name are we playing Saturday after the International break yet Leicester are playing tomorrow, you can bet your sweet blue ballsack if we were still in Europa we'd have played tomorrow.

The Liverpool international players played on Tuesday as well, so our failure to win could not be attributed to us playing on Saturday rather than Sunday.

I was at the game, it was littered with errors from both teams, far from a classic.

exactly.
in addition to which only Danny Rose and Kyle played on the Tuesday and they didn't seem to lack any energy to me. The other 3 were rested on the Tuesday so had a week to recover. The lack of energy and general sloppiness did not have anything to do with the timing of the game.
