“Sometimes it’s better to drop one step to come back stronger. That’s probably my feeling today. It doesn’t mean we’re not ambitious, it’s just a process"

Just one step, or a whole flight?

So what make you think Lloris cares so much? you think he doesn't want to win silverware like Kane does
Stop with the "Kane wants silverware" nonsense. It's tedious.
3 cup finals and two championship campaigns isn't bad, yet he failed to turn up for the former and is jointly responsible for failing in the latter.

I can see that Kane doesn't want to be here and is demostrating that fact in each game. His lacklustre performance in NLD is evidnce of that. Hugo at least did his job when he could. Kane didn't having had an absolute sitter.

Lloris is correct though. Nuno does need time, with a settled squad that isn't screwed over by international breaks and covid issues. He's not had much opportunity to properly integrate much at all. Even in training. He's not my cup of tea style wise.... yet..... but we saw a glimmer of positive change vs villa.

Poor bloke can't get a licky break at the moment but the run upto xmas without internationals should.give us a better idea.
