Last season we chopped and changed the back 4 far too much for my liking. It seems Poch has decided on his back 4. Will probably give Trippier a shot @ RB in cup/europa games. As for the midfield, i'd prefer Dier as a DM if we played a 4-5-1 diamond with Eriksen and Alli infront of him. Chadli and Njie/Son LW and RW, with Kane upfront...

We're in a continual quest for improvement. We're not title contenders this year or even next year but we can improve and if we keep doing that we'll eventually get there.
