We play Besiktas on Thursday 2 October - they are a decent side, often a CL team but sadly beaten by Ars*nal in the play-off this year. But for some reason there is very little publicity out of the club that the tickets are on general sale.
Silence from the official twitter - they did manage to remind ST holders and members when the deadline for priority booking was, but you would think they might want to tell other Spurs fans that tickets are now more widely available. They haven't. God knows why… you might as well get the basics right like telling people they can come to a game before you get into the fancy videos.
The result is - there's LOADS of tickets left.
Now I've got mine, but I would really rather not sit in a half empty stadium. It ought to be rocking on a European night. I'm sure the Besiktas fans will be loud - but I'd like to see A LOT more of my fellow Spurs fans there.
Tickets are cheaper than the prem: £25 adult / £5 junior / £50 for two adults and two kids. There's always lots of chat on here about the game, the atmosphere etc etc. But instead of moaning, this is where you can do your bit. And even enjoy a night out at the football - it's good, you know.

Come on, my fellow Spurs fans: get on the site, get your tickets and get yourselves down to the Lane next Thursday. It's a bit odd writing a post to do the club's publicity for them, but I want to see a cracking match under the lights with a good noisy crowd cheering the lads on. So come and support your team - it might even be fun!
