Loan spell ends early for Taarabt

Queens Park Rangers, 17:38, April 27, 2009
Spurs midfielder Adel Taarabt has played his last game on loan at QPR after suffering a knee injury.
The 19-year-old picked up the problem in training last Friday and needs an operation to repair a tear to his cartilage.Taarabt made seven appearances for QPR and scored one goal in the 2-1 win over Bristol City.

Meanwhile, the Rs' end-of-season trip to the Middle East to play the Bahrain national side has been cancelled because of a FIFA meeting in Kuala Lumpa which members of Bahrain's footballing officials are attending to support their president's bid to be elected to the FIFA Executive Committee.
In Betfair you can either make a back bet (bet on who's going to win) or place a lay bet (bet against something happening). Betfair matches people on either side of the bet with the odds they agree. Simple. Use this £10 free bet and give it a try.

I have seen bits and pieces of his QPR performances and games he has played for Morocco and he finally seems to be developing from the head down raw kid into a moulded player. Personally I will be amazed if he gets sold in the summer as talent like his whilst still pretty raw can be a game changer, although I dont see him as a regular starter any time soon.

"FIFA meeting in Kuala Lumpa"

It's Kuala Lumpur... poor research, just playing it with the ear. My boss would kill me if i did something similar ere in Kuala Lumpur.

And i'm an entertainment producer, not even in news.

Glad Adel's coming back. Think he can make an impact next season. I saw him have an arguement with Defoe after a post match warm down a few seasons back. Defoe told him to "Step Up". Hopefully he'll "Step Up" next season.

Saw him play against Sheffield Wednesday on Easter Monday, looked pretty good, however never really got going but showed potential.

This happened a few weeks ago too (the injury)
