Do you mean Man CITEH:grin:

Nah, they is delaying it indefintely as they tremble in fear at the merest mention of our name:grin:

Perhaps we should keep quiet and no-one will notice until we have some players fit:eek:mg:

they were probably holding off because we r still in the FA Cup, so they want to wait to see if a free weekend props up because of our exit. I suspect they will make an announcement after our replay with Fulham.

It will be a mid-week game most probably that will have to avoid any clash with a United home game in Europe.

Its gonna get awfully congested at the back end aint it. Hopefully the arse game wont be played on the arranged date as we'll be at wembley, meaning the prospect of facing arsenal, chelsea, united and city in the space of a couple of weeks is looming large.
Talk about season defining run. We either come out of it flying, or its game over. A bad couple of weeks at that point and theyll be no time to recover.

It does remind me of the other year when we went into the final week 7 points clear of the arse only for them to reel us in with a couple of rearranged games, of course their games werent against the best the league has to offer. We never do things easy do we!!?

Do we know which of those games are televised? I think it might be better that we are playing them all around the same time as we will have to play 4 games at a higher level (rather than a one off).

Anyone tried the BBC predictor yet? Had us finishing 5th  behind Citeh. That game will really be a 6 pointer.

I did it a couple of weeks ago and had us, Citeh, Villa and the Scousers all finishing on 66 points, with us edging 4th spot on goal difference. But I had the Bindippers down as drawing at Wigan, so... who the f' knows!

sky will hold off on choosing some of the TV games till they can better see which are the crucial ones

we will have a killer april and may, but hopefully we'll have some of our players back by then

utd chelsea arsenal may have CL to contend with

i'm not sure if i want arsenal to go out tonight for that reason

city are clear of other commitments - but have to play a catch up game the day we play fulham

so really the as far as the lge goes we have to squeeze in one more cup game if we play pompey (no replays IIRC) as the final is a clear week after the lge finishes

so we shouldn't suffer tooooo much compared to City -

city are faves now tho - can't believe they won at the Bridge -aaargghhh

I don't think I will watch tonight for the same reason, I really hope Judas fucks up with an own goal but it could cost us in the long run.

1) That's a very good point. I shall take it under advice (not sure how to actually 'want' the ArseScum to win a game);

2) I can. I think it was soething to do with Terry-Gate:wink: It doesn't mean they don't have a very tough run-in and will now, all of a sudden, put in an amazing run of consistency and win every game from now on.

As you will see from lasat night's game (I love to say I told you so:grin:), my calculation that it is precisely the games that Pool should find easier that they have been struggling with in the last few seasons. As they have a long list of these now, while it might be logical to imagine that a team with there experience agianst these 'lower' teams will be easy pickings, but it ain't likely to pan out like that at all. Do they have another game with United? If yes, United are gonna be really fired up to FCUK them up bad:grin:

The bbc predictor is a waste of time, all it shows is how optimistic you are. If you feel spurs can go unbeaten then the predictor will show us 4th, if you're negative and think it'll be "same old spurs" then you'll have us as 7th. It's quicker to just say "I'm an optimist, we'll be 4th"

Not really.

It allows us to factor in other teams results at the click of a few buttons. For example, I have no idea what Villa will be doing when we play the top 3... They could be playing toughies or easy games at that time, which could have an effect.

I could be mildly positive, except for those United/Arsenal/Chelsea games and think "yeah that's not a bad points total" but Villa could have a run of all easier games and pip us anyway.

It's just as much about how realistic you are about other teams results as it is about how optimistic you are about spurs'

I always think that too, logically it should have that effect of dragging our standards higher. Just not sure how big is the effect on the timescales in question relative to other factors, like getting beaten twice in a row and being down for the last game for instance.

Such a massive game that one - can't see City losing more than one or two of their other games - we 100% need three points at Eastlands or I think 4th is a pipe dream.

Big game! I don't see why they didn't reschedule it for today or tomorow, or even next week during the week??
