Sevilla president Jose Castro claims Julen Lopetegui has turned down an offer to become Tottenham's manager. The Sevilla head coach recieved a 'dizzying' offer from Spurs, who are in the midst of a chaotic search for a new manager. “He said he’d received offers he’d not listened to in addition to a dizzying one from Tottenham.," the Castro explained.
