I see you've all found a work around for posting the BS aggregators in other threads by posting them in here:banghead:

Genuine question: to avoid this, seeing as it's an itch some people want to scratch (not me personally) why not have a 'bullshit aggregator' thread, where people can spam it with all the crap they want, as well as thoughts about the players and links?

Just an idea, otherwise they always seem to find their way in

It won't stay there. Inevitably you'll open the player thread one morning to catch up and it'll be full of chat about what some anonymous 16 year old posted on his Twitter account in the 'bullshit aggregator' thread.

Given the circular nature of transfer talk we'd be in danger of disappearing up our own backsides come the end of July, and then A&C will be sad because there won't then be any room for his ban stick.

The transfer window is about dreaming, and this thread provides that in spades. It's like the player scouting thread, but with an added dose of excitement. My new favourite thread

Well we'll see how much you enjoy it once it gets closed down which inevitably happens with every thread that goes this route.

Obviously not much if it get's closed down. I don't understand in this age of information why we can't speculate. Is it to do with bandwidth? If you want more verified ITK go to the ITK discussion. If you want to dream come here. I really don't see the problem.

Because we've been here multiple times before. It starts off getting posted in one thread and then someone decides to start talking about it in the player threads and before you know it the whole site is full of people discussing stuff that some idiot made up to get followers on twitter. To be fair when I say the whole site discussing it that's not strictly true, it's usually the same handful of people discussing it in multiple threads, whilst everyone else is pissed off because they have to wade through pages of BS to find anything that resembles any actual news about the thing they opened the thread to find.

I think the outgoings were as important as the incomings

Making space in the squad and removing the bad smell of half committed players has enabled greater squad focus and positivity

Getting Gio, Dele and NDombele in the shop window - potentially bringing in more transfer funds and freeing up wages - will have longer term benefits too

It's refreshing to have a DoF now willing and able to take a little hit to trim the squad
Still not sure he deserves much credit for this. I agree it was important to get rid of these guys but he's pretty much given them away for nothing. There were always going to be takers for them. I suspect it was more Conte who insisted they go

I don't know. Most of the threads are echo Chambers anyway, discussing the same point ad nauseum. I really don't see the harm in having a speculation thread, when what your describing is already available on the highly regulated daily Itk discussion thread.

I meant their style of play - both left footed and way they carry the ball is more of a glide than run. But then, have to say, Barak is AM role , not a 2nd striker. As per transfermarkt, his games are credited to AM role not 2nd striker.
He plays very high up the field along with Caprari and doesn't have much in the way of defensive responsibilities. I actually think he is a very underrated player but I don't see him fitting into our system right now.

Be interesting to see how many we have in before pre season! I personally could see 4 but do anticipate us being rather busy as free the internationals finish next week. Still no solid links to a CM or a forward option. Not even sure how many I anticipate coming in or going out.

As long as we do better business than Arsenal, I can wait. I've been trolling a lot of them on Twitter, so addictive, and I need them to be shit for a couple more decades.

Surprised we aren’t looking at any Valencia players as they are in financial trouble. Seen Soler linked with A.Madrid for 15 million euros + Bonuses. Seems mega cheap.
