Id accepted Alderweireld was leaving, probably as a defence mechanism but he was superb tonight and completely reminded me that we are so much more solid with him the side. Exceptional.

Thought he was shaky in the first 30 minutes or so with poor passing but immense after that.

I am privileged to be able to say I was there in the score board end behind the goal where we scored 3 tonight.
It was 4 Martin Peters goals that October afternoon in 1972. I reached the ripe old age of 17 two months later.

so proud tonight

I was there too, in the Stretford end too !

He offers a lot more than Jermain ever did.
Has pace, vision, determination, and can head a ball. Defended from the front but also good at defending corners.
He could just be what we have been missing but need to see it over a longer period before saying definitely

I was thinking of his attacking intent on the ball and finishing rather than his game as a whole, which clearly does have more to it than Jermain’s.

I'm in dreamland !!! What a result, it's the biggest margin I can remember at OT. I was alive but not old enough to remember the last big win there 46 years ago. Now come on Levy, capitalise on this fabulous PR by getting some key player contracts done and dusted and announced.

I was there when we beat them 3-0 in the league cup. What a result that night, Fenwick broke his leg!?

I understand why the analysis is just Man U at the moment but I'm fairly sure only Spurs fans are still watching.

All Neville does is make excuses for the Mancs when in fact all those mercenaries Pogba Sanchez Lukaku etc were f***** crap !!
Glad they got Lukaku for a start !

He can stay onside which is something that Defoe struggled with consistently, I jest, Defoe was a great servant and had some fantastic games, I think it's a little harsh on JD to say that this one game from Moura was better than anything he ever produced.
