I think some people have to calm down, stop blaming people and realise we are not the finished article away from home yet. Yes, we were fantastic at home the last two games, but there is a massive difference doing it there, and bringing your game to places like Old Trafford. Its a gradual process though, and we have come on leaps and bounds this year, the process needs to given time to continue.
Agreed.

Typical Spurs fans. A couple good results and all of a sudden we should be world beaters.

We still need better players to compete with the likes of United and Chelski. That only comes with CL....and lets not assume that CL is easy with our current squad, however good they may be. Fact is that we still need to progress. We are, I believe, one point away from bettering our all time PL points total. Therefore this season will end, unless we lose all our remining games, as our most successful. CL would be a great bonus, but I do not believe those who say that if Citeh get it we won't have any chance of building further in seasons to come.

As soon as we went to the correct midfield (especially with Aaron 'I'd be better with no legs than Bentley is with two' Lennon) on the right, we looked better. Their second goal was a very good goal, though I do question why, when United started their attack on the halfway line, Ekotto was having a leisurely stroll in central midfield. The third, another non right back making a rash and probably unnecessary challenge.

The change of Eidur for Defoe perplexed me. I think that the change to the correct midfield would have reaped real rewards if we'd still had two strikers on the pitch as we really did get on top untill Nani scored.

We have some positives to take from this though. Lennons return, and looking sharp. We know where we should keep Bale and Modric. Ledley King was immense (though Dawson didn't have his best). And a right footed centre back is far better at right back then a left back or a central midfielder. Hopefully we pick the correct players in the correct positions against Bolton next week.

Once the line-up was announced, I thought Harry had succumb fear; yes, having Kaboul at RB may have give them an advantage, but, having Bale doing what he has been doing at LW would have, could have, negated that. IMO.

This is what I mean, we want to be big - start acting it. We've just beaten two tops teams, be bold! Go play!

Strange game, Harry made changes too late, but when we equlized and had Luka in the middle and Bale and Lennon on both flanks, I tought we'll be first to score 2nd goal, for abot 10 minutes it was good end to end stuff ... too bad Nani decided to score one really fine goal, it has to be said. And when Crouch came on, there was no football anymore.

Interviewer: Harry, where does this leave you in the race for 4th?

Harry: I don't know, we're still 4th aren't we?

We got what we deserved today, usually after a loss to Utd I'm sick, we either role over for them, or give away stupid goals/penalties. Today they scored one peach, and got two pens, that we really can't complain about. Too many below par performances today, and too many square pegs in round holes. However good to see Lennon back and hopefully he will be ready to start the last three games. Come on Le Arse.

We weren't good enough overall, but Manu didn't have the best of games either. A rash challenge by Ekotto coupled with a wonder goal from Nani changed the game in united's favour. With a bit more composure on the ball and concentration in defense, we could have secured a vital draw or even nicked the game towards the end.

Harry might have got his starting linup wrong, but the changes he made in the second half were positive in my opinion and the team a lot more balanced with Palacios at RB, Ekotto in his natural position at LB and with Bale and Lennon providing width on both flanks. We come across as a far better team with Modric in the centre of the pitch, than out on the left-hand side. Striking the right balance will be vital in the run-in.

We've managed 6 point out of a possible 9 against perhaps the three strongest teams in the PL, and we are still in the race for our first ever CL spot. No one can be upset about that. Let's move on and give it all in our last three games.

I thought we did OK. WE looked good once Lennon came on and only really lost the game in the last ten minutes. If we'd of held on for a point everyone would have been more than happy.

How many penalties have we won against those given away this season? Anyone got the stat?

And how many have we scored direct from freekicks?

I don't feel too bad, actually I feel quite upbeat because I really thought Lennon would struggle to find form after a long time out but the little he showed excited me and I think once we got people back in their correct positions the points will come
