I wouldn't mind and I can't see what's in it for him going from Fulham to Villa.

Surely he won't end up a Chelsea. What other jobs are available? Are you suggesting he could come to us?

According to the BBC sport banner. More to follow, I guess.

It can only mean one thing. Hughes as Chelsea boss...?!

C0YS, I was joking.

yeh, well!

Well he says he has not been approached by any club, but he is off to Villa come on. Villa have a better squad then Fulham for starters

Also Jol to Fulham seems a very real possibility that or O'Niell

The Redknapp spec is non existent now, the latest odds suggest Hiddink is nailed on as Chelsea manager, he himself has only added fuel to the fire. The whole Redknapp saga was just hype made by big bets in the bookies. If were where not spurs fans, and didn't go to this board we would of hardly heard of the story. Considering it hasn't been reported by any of the major news outlets. It was briefly mentioned on Football weekly but the link was just laughed off

Villa have more potential than Fulham. No doubt. People said they couldn't see why Owen Coyle went to Bolton from Burnley...

When he joined Al Fayed bigged him up as a decent and moral man unlike Hodgson who abandoned them for a better job, so I can't wait to see what he says this time.

That said, if Ancelotti goes to Fulham I shall be worried. I might have to pop down to Craven cottage with the tools of arson.

I have to say I'm really surprised. He must be going somewhere. It's definitely not Chelsea (I mean if he isn't good enough for City he's certainly not good enough for Chelsea).

Levy has no clue if he appoints Hughes.

Fortunately, I don't think that's the case.

He must be going somewhere.
I think his statement that he has resigned to further his career somewhat gives that away.

What pisses me off though, and why I don't want him anywhere near our club, is that his statement implies that he would rather just jump ship to another, bigger club than work hard to make something out of Fulham. I guess that's how football is these days.

Sky sources (I know  ): Villa not considering Hughes for manager's job.
