IMO, he will not go. He is emotionally invested at Spurs, what with the project, the challenge, the players and the stadium. Throw in his principles and I dont think he will go….
But then Harry didn’t do what Poch has.Harry Redknapp :
Former Spurs manager Redknapp, who was on speaking on TalkSPORT for the first time since returning from Australia as King of the 'I'm A Celebrity' Jungle, said he would have joined United if they had approached him while at Spurs.
"He’s done a great job at Tottenham and I like his character and personality, he gets the best out of his players. Would he leave? He’s got a better squad at Tottenham," Redknapp said.
"I’m sure Daniel [Levy] is looking after him – he must be one of the highest earners. United is a massive club, if Man United came in for me while I was at Tottenham I would have gone."
Interesting quotes and perfect for every media agenda as they can be taken in many ways.

I’m not sure what people are expecting in Jan really. It’s not a great time to buy, and the better players will move at the end of the season. When you factor in the stadium costs and our squad place issues, we were never going on a spree.
Sky are absolute bandits. I know it shouldn’t wind me up. But come on. They are in a fucking cafe in Manchester asking people what they think about Pochettino being their next manager!?? It’s pure jokes!!

You're right - January isn't a great time to buy. However as we messed up in the summer window some course-correction is now necessary. Otherwise we'll have too much to do next summer with a few players either out of contract or nearing the end of their contracts. Adding one player in January and a couple more in the summer would be sensible IMO.
Anyway, I don't believe buying in January is as difficult as it's made out. We bought Lucas Moura last January after all. Opportunities arise occasionally if you know where to look and there are some good players plying their trade at unfashionable clubs around Europe, some of them with reasonable release clauses.
Much bigger club
Many more fans
Many more trophies

Pochettino says that he expect no new signings next month, so if you're expecting new players to come in despite what's happened in the last 36 hour or so then I think you're gonna be disappointed.
