I'm guessing other people feel the same way, or at least I hope so.

Basically with everything that has happened this season it has left me feeling very "meh" about football in general and, more worryingly, about my beloved Spurs. In fact I've never felt so ambivalent about either this much in the past. Bearing in mind I've been supporting Spurs for some 30 odd years so I've been through thick and thin with them - the 90s being a real highlight. Meh!

I'm hoping that there is a master plan but it feels we're going from a barren period to a desolate period.

I want to be wrong, I really do

It's called getting old.
But at the same time a little wiser maybe? I have learned to roll with punches over the 47 ish years of supporting Spurs and all the ups and downs.

Mind 0-5 to Liverpool was some blow. I'd only just recovered from West Ham.

Put it this way...I need to find a part-time job to supplement my current income, and for the first time in years I'm happy to consider weekend work.

On the overall' mehchter' scale
I'm feeling just a touch of 'meh-'
A win on Sunday might move me up back to 'meh'.
but there are hidden depths to football 'meh'
that invade all areas of life.

I would be a lot healthier (smoke and drink less), be less stressed and upset the wife and dog less if Tottenham Hotspur did not exist, fact

You spend so long doing the same thing that the overwhelming feeling is always 'we've been here before'. We need silverware. We've been there before but not enough since 91. The Emirates game is massive. Lose that and it's 'meh' again until we at least get a Europa semi-final.

Can't really see us getting anything from the Emirates can you the way we are currently this could be another city scenario scoreline.

Not so much meh but a bit more scared. It's like I've driven my car too fast round a corner on a big mountain and I'm balancing precariously on the edge. Only when I look round I'm faced with Levy and his cowboy boot on the bumper letting me tip back and forth on the precipice.
