Mellberg's last game for Villa today, he gave every travelling fan to West Ham a shirt with his name and number on the back, 3,200 of them. Great gesture :clap:

Seeing as how they had Mellbergs name and number printed alongside "Thanks for the support" I have a hard time picturing anyone but a Villa fan buying them. So the general point would not be lost even if someone were to buy one from ebay.

Mellberg seems like a nice guy and a decent enough footballer. Definitely declining though, maybe a slower paced league will offer him a few extra years. Without any real clue as to what Juventus' defence is like I have a hard time seeing him as a first team regular in Juve.
