Membership ticket question

Hello

My friend was trying to get a general sale ticket on the phone from australia for the fulham game. They said he cant pick it up from the stadium if he orders when he is outside the country..? WTF.

so he said my friend is a member can i use his membership , he goes yes but he must be in your presence at the game... wtf?

Is there anyway around this, he tryed to buy the tickets online general sale but it wasnt working.

What have people done about this before?

Burn the ticket office down and rebuild it as a pub called The Corner Pin!

If you buy it on your friends membership then borrow their card you'll be fine.

You order the ticket and have it posted to your home then send it to him? or give it him?

Can't he use the option of printing the ticket in PDF form? When i've booked tickets on gen sale using the web, I've had that option!!!
