Martin Valjent, who is Skrinjar's CB partner for the Slovakian national team plays for Mallorca...

Coincidence? :cautious:

:playful:

I think it’s a fake. I mean there‘s a 14 year old operating the plane. :)

i like how people assume every time this plane is in the air its a spurs transfer. Look at its flight history over the past 4 weeks of so. Its been to Germany, Greece, Turkey. Maybe, just maybe, it is used by others and for other purposes.

I think it's safe to say that there's more chance of it being spurs related when were a few days out from the end of a transfer window and still actively looking for a key player.

I think on this occasion it's not the case though.

DL puts the phone down "right we have a deal in place with Milan, get the heavies on the plane and bring the boy, here's 20% of the cash, be creative"
intern: "urm, sorry boss the planes in Burkina Faso"
"on transfer deadline weekend?"
BANG
"Susan, get me a new intern"

Genuinely think with the good options wer we already have at centre back that if we can’t get Skriniar now then we should do like Liverpool did with Van Dyke and wait it out.

It all seems positive that we're atleast going to try one more time, per Dan KP and Ally Gold. Backs up what the ITK said on the situation yesterday. Can't help but feel this is a 'one window opportunity' like Dybala (though he obviously didn't want to come in the end).

Let's hope we've played our cards right!
