after the lacklustre performance against the gooners ifeel we need more of our youth in the first team they fight for the badge and give a100per cent for the shirt where as alot of our foriegn players dont even put any effort in at all

No issue as long as you sign the right foreign players (Reguilon, Hojbjerg etc.). They will work as hard as anyone else including Kane and Skipp.

The OP is way out of bounds, but it is a good subject to discuss if we are talking about young homegrown recruitment.

Just because the youngsters might be English doesn't mean they'll show more energy and commitment though.

We do have youngsters who are foreign too you know. Would they be ok to play in our team or is just the English youngsters you want to see?
