It would help somewhat if the guy could actually talk properly. When he was on Sky the other evening, he came across as just another idiotic footballer with about as many brain cells as a stick of celery. He struggled to say anything that was worthy of discussion, or that even made some sort of sense.

I think he has a ridiculously high impression of himself and of how good he was and in his own mind believes that he should be up there with the greats. In all honesty, when I think back of some of the great defenders England have had in my generation like Terry, Ferdinand, Adams, King, Cole, Neville & Pearce, I don't ever seem to remember Sol Campbell.

They should make him manager at arsenal - I'd sign that petition.
Actually player manager.
This racism must be stamped out.

Is he still battling with depression? He certainly acts like it at times, not that it condones what he did/does/says, but I think people should just ignore what comes out of his mouth these days. I almost feel sorry for him now.

If it was possible to change nationality, Sol would have declared himself German at the drop of a hat. Fucking turncoat.

Jesus Christ, I'm half wishing that he would wake up tomorrow and be white. And discover that it isn't his colour that's holding him back.

It's that he such a **** that it transcends the very dimension of "****". It's a whole other level of ****iness that's not even obtainable with the laws of physics that exist in our dimension. His ****iness is beyond that. Almost divine.

I think he is a coward and a back stabber, now that his career is finished he now chooses to be outspoken, if he had acted this way while he was with the England camp he would´ve been given short thrift. I hope he doesn´t get too much publicity cause it gives some people the excuse not to take racism seriously.

"If I am a consultant for the government then you can do your stuff but not be left with nowhere to manoeuvre"

“Talk is cheap, but hopefully things can start to move on and include inclusion.”

"I’ve done all the badges. I’m doing my coaching badges with the Welsh FA. "
.

This is why talk is cheap, no-one would pay money to hear this nonsense!

I think the root of all this is guilt. We will never forgive the crazy foo' but I think a psychotherapist would tell him to confront it, admit it publicly, apologise and make some kind of gesture of apology. I suggest that he gets all of the medals, awards, trophies from his scum days and urinates on them before setting fire to them. Then perhaps he might shut up for the next 100 years

Beckham became captain because he was absolutely talismanic all over the pitch at that time.

Sol was a world class defender, don't get me wrong and would've made a fine captain in any other era, but Beckham was England at that time.

For me the problem is not that he left to join the Arsenal, it´s the way he joined Arsenal because he totally decieved the club and left on a free transfer. He would´ve always got abused for joining Arsenal but I am pretty sure it would´ve been much less if he had gone about it in the right way.

I'm getting really fucking sick of hearing him bleating on about 'the black this', 'the white that'...honestly I don't go around in my daily life thinking of people as being black or white...people are just people...he himself, despite all his anti-racism speeches, segregates people far too much in his own mind.

Just put a sock in it you clunge.
