Of course they are going to do that its a battle of wills, but its a restraint of trade (Bosman) and they will lose ultimately. Plus it will make any player think twice about joining them. They are just digging a bigger hole for themselves!

100% agree. Pool have been rubbish

Big time. I know its early doors for everyone and some of their new players wern't even available today but there is no way they're getting close to what they did last season without Suarez.
I think we'll finish above them.
You can see how little their defence has improved too.
Schneiderlin had a good game but what a great player Clyne is. Should've gone to the World Cup.

MS looked interested to me. And interesting. Rarely lost possession in tight situations and passed simply. A bit Carrick-esque.
