Is West Bromwich Albion the club Sissoko would want though, upper most in his thoughts is the world cup next summer so I'd assume he would prefer a French club.

I agree that may be his wish but he desperately needs regular playing time in order to convince Deschamps he should be in the French squad. WBA may well prove to be his chance to do that. I just could not believe it when Poch said he was still in his plans for this season...Sincerely hope Mr Pulis sees something in him that I and thousands of other Spurs fans haven't.

Let's not forget he did enough at Newcastle when they were relegated to be a France regular for the Euros 2016. And to be fair, he was absolutely unplayable up there at times - I think he could be excellent as part of a midfield Three playing off Rondon/Rodriguez at West Brom.
