Pressed refresh button a thousand times and finally got the map. At 10.55 green areas for multiple seats still available in corners of East stand. No problems with credit card confirmation. I imagine the processing problem is at the server end. Doubt it has anything to do with connectivity. I'm in the sticks and have probably only got 2MB connectivity at this time of day. I guess the early rush is now over and server is coping more easily.

You would have thought so......but it doesn't, I had 5 together, assinged the membership numbers, went through the payment screens, got kicked out, got back in, kicked out again, back in straight away, basket was empty.

Never had issues with the ticket site before, but that's twice in 3 days. Why change the system?? I worked fine!

apologies, I meant that they would remember that you were in the queue, but not necessarily keep your tickets, just that you would be able to get tickets.

similar happened to me. Got kicked out and lost the 2 tix I had together, but was able to get 2 others. this could easily simply be due to demand.

anyone know what block A tickets are like? Is that restricted view? It says when you buy them that the sets have important information and to tick the box once you have read it but it doesnt give you anywhere to check what the "important information" is. If it is restricted I will be peeved to say the least!

Yeah restricted view mate, I sat there for the FC Twente game. View was alright, one of the bollards was slightly in the way but you just put up with it!

worked fine for me this morning, i got 2 tickets to the werder bremen game in the upper tier south stand . Hell yeah

Logged in fine, got to 9:30 and then suddenly a queue appeared. Got the end and it booted me. Logged back in, thankfully went straight through but most of good seats in the South were gone.

I managed to get 2 in South Upper up with the gods. Row 17. Bu at least I can enjoy the atmosphere between nose bleeds even if I can't see anything

I just wish the system was consistent. Sometimes It works and someone else gets screwed and sometimes its fine for others but I get screwed.

How hard can it be to do a first come, first served system?

I got one in row 12 and row 20. Have been right up the back for a game before and it was grand.
